Where we ship from

All orders ship from Spain (Balearic Islands).

    Outside the EU? Email us—if feasible, we’ll quote options and duties.

Handling & dispatch

Orders placed Mon–Fri are prepared in 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Typical delivery windows

  • Spain & Balearics: 48–72 hours

  • Mainland EU: 3–5 business days

    Rural addresses and peak seasons can add 1–2 days.

Need it for a specific date?

If you need the mat for travel, guests, or an event, email before ordering and we’ll confirm if the timing is realistic.

Address changes & delivery issues

Check your address carefully—once shipped, rerouting isn’t guaranteed.

If a parcel is returned to sender after a missed delivery, we can reship once it’s back with us (shipping fee applies).

Damaged package on arrival

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, email hello@blankipets.com the same day with photos of:

  1. the outer box (all sides),

  2. the shipping label,

  3. the product and the damage.

    We’ll resolve this with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Our 14-day “dog didn’t use it” return

Try Blanki at home. If it’s not a fit, return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Return conditions

  • Item must be clean, dry, and undamaged.

  • Light hair is OK—please shake it out first.

  • We can’t accept items that are heavily used, stained, chewed, machine-dried, or smelling of smoke/perfume/room sprays.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@blankipets.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll send the return address and a short checklist.

  3. After inspection, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping cost

Return postage is covered by the customer (unless the item arrived faulty or we made an error). Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until your refund is processed.

Exchanges

Fastest option: place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Prefer a direct swap (e.g., adding another mat for the car)? Email us—we’ll advise what’s possible.

Before you decide to return

Some dogs ignore a new item until it smells like them. Try this for 1–2 days:

  • Place the mat exactly where your dog already lies (by the sofa/bed/desk).

  • Invite onto the mat and reward the first settles.

  • Use the same mat in the car or on the sofa so it picks up their scent.

Most dogs “claim it” once it smells like them—this is normal behaviour.

Legal & payment notes

  • Prices shown at checkout include VAT for EU customers.

  • Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies in the EU.

  • Payments: Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay (secure checkout).
